Manpower

The Company started with a single staff, but today have staff strength of around 450 nos. ( excluding technicians, drivers, operators, etc.. ). It has civil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, automobile engineers, who are having expertise in designing & executing jobs of their respective verticals. We also have civil, mechanical & electrical foreman and technical assistants to face the day to day activities at any project site.

Apart from engineers, we have a company secretary, internal auditor, and finance manager - who monitors & guides the way the company marches ahead.

And Many other key managers for each department like for managing Business Development, Procurement, Assets & Inventory, Transport & Machinery, Accounts, HR, etc.. are the main players aiding the projects both in securing & executing.

Our HR policy, structured and ahead of industry payouts, PF & Insurance benefits, etc.. depicts that we are a transparent and one among few companies that provide a feel-good working environment.

The longevity of staff staying at our company speaks about our HR Policy, since its inception.

Many Joined as Junior Assistant at a starting Salary of Rs.900/- per month (in the year 1980), today holds the top position as DGMs & GMs.

Plant & Machinery

The Company thinks that the Contracting being its business does not want to scale down its progress and profits by executing it with hired plant & machinery.

Hence, it owns almost 80% of its requirements to cater to all different verticals of contracting - being it a building or roads or bridges.

It has got more than 50000sqm steel formwork and around 55000 sqm steel scaffolding to cater to its building needs.

It has got more than 40 excavators, ranging from 30MT (300) to 8MT (backhoe loader), both chained and tired versions.

It has got a fleet of more than 70 lorries transporting vehicles, ranging from 16 wheeler to 4 wheeler. The fleet includes Tipper, Trailers, Tankers, Transit mixers, Trackers, etc..

It has got 16 nos. of Central concrete batching plants, concrete pumps, ranging from 60 Cum./Hr to 15 Cum./Hr.

It has also got 15 cranes, including Tower crane, Movable crane, tired hydra crane.

And 40 nos. of Diesel Power generators ranging from 180 KVA to 3KVA. It has got road types of machinery like rotary piling rigs, automated sensor pavers, hot mix plant and tandem vibratory rollers to cater to its roads & bridge projects.

All the above and general, all-purpose types of machinery like hoisters, forklifts, dewatering pumps, electrical & pneumatic breakers, welding machines, etc…will be made available at a required spot as and when the need arises.

When comes to quality, the company owns more nos. of essential equipment required to ensure quality, to equip the lab at almost all of its projects.
