This work is for construction of the 170-bed Swasthya Suraksha Block under Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana on 83.4 cents of land contributed by Sree Chitrai Tirunal Royal family of Travancore, adjacent to the current hospital wing in the super specialties of cardiology, cardiac surgery, neurology and neurosurgery, and several sub-specialties. These works consist of RCC framed structure in a single block for New Hospital Block (B+G+7 Storeyed). Service Block: B+G+4 storeyed. Car Parking Block: B+G+6 Storeyed.

This project - Advanced passive safety laboratory is one among various other testing facilities, in this GARC (global automotive research center). The massive railway station / commercial complex for MRTS at Taramani & Velachery was constructed by us and finishing works (like Structural Glazing, floor finishing, false Ceiling, etc.,) for other stations at Kotturpuram, Perungudi (including Velachery & Taramani) was also done by us (In six different work orders). The area and the mass structures give a pre-dominancy both in appearance and constructional talents. Formwork & concreting was a challenge in these projects.

The Need of the day for the former is these warehouse buildings. This project has 12 nos of 5000MT capacity godowns - Framed structure with Pre-engineered roof truss covered with galvalume sheets.

Buildings for Yatri Nivas at Vellithirumutham Village of Srirangam Taluk in Trichy District.

This is a landmark to Trichy, because of its size and looks. More than 1000 people can stay in this pilgrimage amenity center, housing cottages to dormitories, restaurants, community centers, and shops. Various blocks in this complex were designed like a resort with exposed brickwork and tiled tapper roof.
